Our Process


  • Home Visit, Home Owner & Project Manager discuss needs, colors, time frame.
  • Allow 1 hour for the visit.
  • Within 24 hours receive an in-depth estimate, broken down by room or area for review.


  • Agree on scope of work
  • Color Selection
  • Schedule a start date
  • Return approved proposal


  • Walk through with Client, Crew Leader & Project Manager to discuss project and expectations
  • Confirm colors for each area/room
  • Address any specific questions that may arise
  • Order and Deliver materials for project
  • Crew Leader always on site to manage quality and safety.
  • Ongoing communication between crew leader, project manager & client.

Upon Completion:

  • Walkthrough with crew leader, project manager & client.
  • Receive payment for project
  • Receive feedback on how we did.


  • Any project less than $5,000.00 will be paid in full upon completion of the project.
  • Projects that range in price from $5,001 to $10,000 will require a 25% deposit prior to beginning with the balance due upon completion.
  • Projects that are $10,001 + will require a 33% deposit with balance due upon completion. Possible request for funding mid-project, depending upon the length of the project.
  • Cabinet Projects require a 33% deposit with balance due upon completion.
